Apostolic Council Update

On June 5, we held our bi-monthly Mission Tri-State Apostolic Council meeting. This council brings together leaders with apostolic callings—those whom God has entrusted with strategies to bring His solutions to our region.

Let me take a moment to explain what we mean by “apostolic.” The term originates from the time of Jesus and the Roman Empire. In that context, an “apostolos” was someone who was sent—a representative or an admiral—tasked with establishing culture and order in newly conquered territories. Spiritually, the apostolic gift is much the same: one who is sent by God with a divine strategy to advance His Kingdom in a specific place.

Kingdom Strategies in Motion

Our Apostolic Council is composed of individuals stewarding what we believe are God-inspired, Kingdom strategies. For example:

• Hope Nation – A transformational initiative addressing addiction through a long-term, holistic, three-year approach. This vision focuses on the complete healing and restoration of the individual—spirit, soul, and body.

• Audy Perry’s Vision – Audy shared an exciting update on a God-given plan to boost tourism in the Tri-State region: the development of America’s first year-round indoor/outdoor snow park. This four-season destination will include ski runs for all levels and aims to draw global attention and investment to our area. God has already provided millions through divine connections, but there is still more to be done.

We gather not only to strategize, but to intercede—to seek God’s guidance and pray for His provision. As we align with His purposes, we believe He will continue to release everything needed to fulfill these visions, for His glory.

Behind the Scenes: Birthing Kingdom Transformation

This is the deeper, behind-the-scenes work that God has called Mission Tri-State to: interceding for and supporting the birth of Kingdom initiatives. As I’ve shared in my book God’s Dream: Kingdom Transformation Through Kingdom Advancement, we believe God is advancing His Kingdom on earth today primarily through Spirit-led, faith-filled, unified intercession.
